There are moments of weakness that we need to conquer. We have to do something and it seems we don't have enough energy. Our thinking in those moments is crucial. Don't sabotage yourself with negative thoughts of how hard it is or how many tasks you have that day.... Stop those useless thoughts and instead start doing. The starting moment is the winning moment. Being present and finding the best solution will soon build deep concentration. From unwillingness we'll go to wanting to do more...We'll slip easily into the next task...Tasks will not spend our energy but on the contrary will energize us. At the end of the day we would want to do even more which would be a great starting point for tomorrow.
