During the day we often have small gaps of free time that are underestimated. They can be used to fit small tasks like telephone calls, unanswered emails, dirty dishes, preparing fruit snacks, or another activity specific to you. At first we need to notice these small gaps of free time and then take action. These are often in between bigger tasks or at the end of the day. Some tasks we fit in would relax our mind, like dirty dishes, while others are better to pick up our concentration like emails… Maybe sometime we’ll even start a day warming up with a small task. Combining what we really need in the moment considering that every day our overall state is different we could fill our small gaps in the best possible way to improve our overall performance toward our constant progress.
